We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Driver Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Algeria. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of qualified drivers for our platform.

What you will do:

• Lead and manage a team of driver acquisition and activation agents and work with suppliers
• Conduct surveys to identify user pain points at country and city levels
• Research competitors within the country and city
• Create and oversee projects based on research findings in collaboration with other departments, setting and achieving specific goals
• Conduct customer development (CustDev) through field research with drivers and passengers
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments and teams to enhance existing processes and develop new ones
• Manage and launch supply projects: drivers contest, drivers marketing, influencers, etc.

What we expect from you:

• 3 years experience in a related area/sales/marketing
• Demonstrated expertise in drivers marketing/sales/user acquisition
• Good analytical skills and a data driven mindset
• Readiness for business trips
• English at least at Upper intermediate (mandatory)
